Meat Roll

                                              Meat Roll



                                                 I love to eat meat rolls.It is a delicious snack .


  • Maida:1 cup
  • Bread crumbs:As required
  • Egg:2
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil

For filling:

  • Meat:1/4kg
  • Ginger(chopped):1 1/2tspn
  • Garlic(chopped):1 1/2tspn
  • Green chilly chopped:1tspn
  • Onion (sliced):1
  • Chilly powder:1tspn
  • Coriander powder:2tspn
  • Garam masala:1 1/2tspn
  • Cinnamon/patta:1 small piece
  • Clove/grampoo:2
  • Fennel/perumjeerakam:1/4tspn
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil


  • Wash and clean the meat and cut in to small pieces.
  • Pressure cook it for 15 minute in low flame with salt garam masala and chilly powder.
  • Cook until the water get dried.
  • Grind or mince tte meat and keep aside.
  • Heat the pan with oil.
  • Add crushed cinnamon,clove and fennel.
  • Add chopped ginger and garlic.Give a quick fry.
  • Add onion curry leaves and chopped green chilly.Saute it well till onion turn brown.
  • Add coriander powder and mix it well.
  • Add minced/ground meat and stir well.Keep it aside.
  • Make dough with maida water and salt
  • Make small chapathis and cut it in to square(or round shape itself you can use)
  • Fill the meat mixture in the center and roll it.
  • Crack the eggs in to a bowl.
  • Take bread crumbs in a bowl .
  • Dip the maida roll in egg and then roll it in to bread crumbs.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the rolls.
