- Basmati rice:1 cup
- Sprouted moongdal:1/2 cup
- Spring onion(chopped):1 tblspn
- Cabbage:1/4 cup
- Garlic (chopped):1/2 tspn
- Soya sauce:1 tspn
- Pepper powder:1/2 tspn
- Water:1&1/2 cup
- Wash and soak basmati rice for half an hour.
- Cook it with 1&1/2 cup of water and salt. Keep aside.(I used pressure cooker so 1 whistle was enough )
- Heat the pan with oil.
- Ad chopped garlic and stir it well.
- Add chopped carrots,Sprouted green gram,beans,cabbage,capsicum and spring onion in the same order.Stir it well.
- Add pepper powder and salt.
- Add soya sauce and toss it.
- Add cooked rice and mix it well.
