Carrot juice


Again I'm with a super tasty healthy drink! Yea..it is carrot juice..I love to make different juices or my little Prince Kannan.When his vacation started I decided to prepare different juices for him..Started with Pomgranate juice and made Beetroot juice and Grape juice too



Carrot juice is rich in vitamins.It is rich in beeta carotene which is converetd in to vit A in the liver.Carrot is known for its anti aging property too.




Ingredients:


  • Carrot : 2 big
  • Lemon juice : From 1 lemon
  • Sugar : 3 tblspn or as required

Method:

  • Wash and peel the carrots.
  • Cut it in to small chunks
  • Put it in a blender with sugar.
  • Blend it well with little water.
  • Filter the carrot juice and add lemon juice to it.
  • Mix it well and if you want to dilute the juice add more water.

  5. I usually don't add sugar. Like its original taste. Without a doubt, healthy start first thing in the morning.
