Again a healthy recipe for you...Oats dosa...A yummy and easy breakfast recipe.
- Oats : 1 cup
- Cooked rice : 1/2 cup
- Urad dal : 1/2 cup
- Fenugreek seeds : 1/4 tspn
- Soak urad dal for 1 hours.Drain it and keep aside.Roast the oats and make it in to fine powder.
- Grind urad dal ,fenugreek seeds,cooked rice and powdered oats .
- Dont add more water .The ground paste should be in thick consistency
- Transfer it in to a steel bowl and add salt .
- Keep it undisturbed for the whole night.
- The batter will be raisen in the morning.Mix it gently and make dosa.Drizzle ghee over the dosa.Yummy healthy oats dosa is ready..
- If you need add chopped veggies,chopped ginger and curry leaves to the batter.
