Undampori / Undan pori / Sweet bonda

Undampori / Sweet bonda

This is a tea time snacks you may find in almost all the tea shops and college canteens.Yea A staple food of village tea shops...It is a good combo tea and undampori!!!!!!!!!
During my teaching practice days near to my school there was a small shop with loads of different snacks varieties. We used to buy any one item daily. The undambori we got from ther was superb and still i remember that tsate! After several years before starting food blog and all once I went to the same shop and asked for undambori. He couldnt recognize me but when i explained about our batch he remembered me as a slim and talkative girl wearing spects :)That time during our casual talk i took recipe from here and kept in my book. After that may times i have tried it but never get a chance to post it on my blog.
This time I decided to post it so took pics carefully
Whenever going to Kerala I used to search this one in tea shops ..My hubby also loves to take it with hot and strong tea:)
